The Newest Zebra ZXP Series 3 ribbon is a UNIQUE color ribbon that provides additional security features over the standard line of ZXP series 3 color ribbons and is compatible with all series 3 printers.

This second overlay panel can be used to create a covert or overt security feature to your ID's. Imagine your ID cards, with custom holographic features without having to pay set up fees!
Additionally, the two overlay panels enable the ability for extra card durability, avoiding the extra process of extra lamination.
The DuraSecure ribbon includes the standard full color ribbon features, YMC (Yellow, Magenta, Cyan) and the Resin (K) panels, additionally 2 overlay (OO) panels. The first overlay panel adds a thin coat across the card, increasing the card life span by 50%. The second overlay panel provides another layer of durability and protection, however, this layer is about security. This additional security layer allows adding an Overt pattern, image or watermark. Your image will create a light visible mark on the layer which can also fluoresce under UV light as a covert mark on the card.
The Zebra DuraSecure ribbon is used for printing full color images and one color text or barcodes, in addition to prinintg your own in-house visual security features on your plastic ID cards.
