The S (silver) panel in the ribbon enables 3D-like visual effects to be created on the card. the Sd is a silver resin panel and it can be printed on the entire card for metallic effect, or underneath a specific graphic element, like a logo or test and then printed over with the YMC to create a unique visual effect. It can make the chosen area pop out and look almost like it's raised on the card.
