Shipping & Returns

All orders shipped in the United States will be shipped FedEx Ground based on package weight and current FedEx shipping rates. Expedited air shipments are available at the time of purchase. If you prefer for us to ship on your FedEx or UPS account, please check with us.  Collect shipping on approved accounts.

We do not ship international or COD orders.

If your order arrives damaged, ask your delivery driver to note the damage and contact us immediately. Do not discard the packaging or product as Federal Express / UPS may wish to inspect it before paying a claim. We will make every effort to replace the damaged product in a timely manner.

Upon arrival of your order, inspect it’s contents and contact us immediately if there is a difference between what you ordered and what was received. You may contact us by phone at 405.562.4144 or toll free at 800.232.6130 to file a report. If we are at fault, we will immediately take care of correcting the order.  

If you are dis-satisfied with your order, you must contact us within 5 business days. A re-stocking fee may apply. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Opened or partially used items will be evaluated for return authoriztion. All returned orders will require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) which can be obtained by contacting us at 405.562.4144 or toll free at 800.232.6130. You will receive an RMA # and instructions where to ship product by Federal Express or UPS. RMA # must be written on the outside of the box to be accepted by our receiving department.
